Step - 01: Written Examination

Eligible candidates will be called to appear the entrance examination to be held during the month of May / June at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Objective type or Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ'S) paper will be held on the basis of Std. IV, Std. VII and Std. X of Maharashtra Board, including General Knowledge Test (as applicable to the respective batches for admission). The Written exam will be conducted in English Language in morning session.

Step - 02: Interview

Candidates qualified in written examination will be interviewed by the selection committee. The interview consists of Personality Test, G.K. including current affairs. After the declaration of the Written Examination results, students will be interviewed on the same day.

Note: If interview is to be taken on entrance exam date, Candidate needs to make his own arrangements for overnight stay in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to attend the interview the next day morning at 09:00 am.

Step - 03: Documentation

Selection and Joining Instruction:

If the candidate obtains overall merit in the written examination and oral interview, "Joining Instruction" will be handed over or sent to their home address well in advance to join the DCA Campus on the given date.

Execution of Bond:

An agreement executed and signed by the parents / guardian of the cadets will be submitted at the time of admission. Specimen for the same will be provided along with joining instructions.

A set of Joining Instructions will be handed over to the selected candidates. Instructions regarding submission of the following documents for verification and record are given in the Joining Instructions:

• Mark sheet and Leaving Certificate
• Medical Certificate duly signed by Medical practitioner
• Judicial Agreement Bond duly signed & notarised
• Other relevant documents, if any

Step - 04: Fees Structure

Fees Structure has been mentioned in the Joining Instructions. Fees is to be paid as per the structure given in the Joining Instructions.
