ADMISSION ELIGIBILITY

Age Criteria

Age Criteria as per the norms of the respective board (CBSE). As per the existing policy on attaining six years of age admission is considered for grade I, the accordingly minimum age should be as per the respective class(e.g. for grade V - 6+4 =10 and above, for grade VI- 6+5= 11 years and above)

Academic standards

Students should qualify for DCA Entrance Exam and should have passed the previous grade from any recognized school.

Physical standards

a) Candidates must possess a standard physical state and should be free. from any disability

b) Normal eyesight 6/6 without spectacles or other forms of corrective lenses.

c) Girls with flat feet, knocking knees & other deformities will not be accepted for admission.

d) For XI std height and weight as per UPSC norms.

e) For students from grade V to X-height and weight is co-related with the age.

List of Documents

The following certificates/ documents are mandatory to submit –

a) Mark sheet of Annual Academic Exams of the last grade attended /qualified.

b) Medical fitness Certificate – by any authorized medical practitioner.

c) School leaving certificate.

d) Caste certificate – if required.

e) 20 Photographs ( required for different competitive exam forms ).

f) Migration certificate/Transfer Certificate in case of candidate switching the board of the state.

g) A copy of mediclaim policy.

h) Affidavit as per the specimen provided in the joining instructions.

Please note :- Above certificates/documents may be submitted ( 3 photocopies) along with original certificates.
